I’m Sally and I am an experienced psychotherapist, counselling psychologist, clinical supervisor and writer of self-help. In my therapeutic work I also specialise in working with sports clients, supporting both performance and mental health in sport.
I work online through video call, voice call, email or instant messaging.

About Me
I am an HCPC registered Chartered Counselling Psychologist and UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapist. I have additional training specific to working online and achieved the Online Counselling Skills Certificate (with Distinction). I have twelve years experience as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, working in private practice as well as youth counselling services and the NHS. I am currently working in private practice in South London and also have an online psychotherapy practice working with clients worldwide.
As a member of the UKCP and BPS, I abide by their codes of ethics and standards of practice and professional development.
I have a particular interest in working therapeutically with sports people and have conducted doctoral research on the subject of mental health in elite sport. I am undertaking a further PhD researching fear of failure and resilience within football.
In addition, I have extensive experience working in Youth Offending Services, as both Senior Practitioner and Practice Manager.
